Dr. David Cielontko von der Karls-Universität Prag wird sein neues Projekt zu Parabiblica und deren Überlieferung vorstellen und mit uns diskutieren: The parabiblical works occupy the gaps in the narrative worlds of the biblical books and fill them with life by narration. Their manuscript tradition is generally not uniform, exhibiting both conscious and unconscious variations. Today, the search for the 'original' text is replaced by the comprehensive inclusion of all textual variants, not least with the help of digital tools. This aims to provide a complete picture. But what challenges does this present in practice?
